About Me

I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Alanah Dalli and I am a qualified and compassionate Social Worker and Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting women, children, and families through some of life’s most complex and sensitive challenges. I currently hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

I am located in Sydney and since 2013 I’ve worked across both government and community settings, walking alongside women impacted by general life stress, parenting and relationship difficulties, anxiety, grief and trauma. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.

About Us

Take a Moment. Fill Your Cup.

At Fill Your Cup Therapy, I invite you to begin each session by slowing down and sharing a warm cup of tea, coffee or your favourite comforting drink. This gentle ritual is more than a welcome, it’s an intentional pause. A chance to exhale, reconnect with your body, and arrive fully into the moment.

Across cultures, the act of pouring tea or preparing a warm drink has symbolised care, presence, and restoration. As Buddhist monk and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh once reflected:

“Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future.”

I felt truly heard and supported in every session. It was a space where I could slow down, breathe, and finally feel safe to talk.

Therapy helped me reconnect with myself after a really difficult time. I didn’t feel judged, just gently guided.
